How to Buy

Raceparts UK accept payment in a variety of ways. We accept payment over the phone with a credit/debit card. If you are using your own card you should check with your college/university if you are planning on claiming the money back. We need the long number on the front of the card, the expiry date and the last three digits of the security code.

We also accept payment via BACS transfer. The information you will need is on the bottom of any pro-forma or quotation that we send you but please do let us know if you need any more information from us.

Most colleges and universities will need us to register with them as a supplier. If this is the case for your university then please contact us and your finance department or supervising lecturer.

If you need us to provide a pro-forma invoice then please send us an email via the contact us page of this portal. We will need to know the name of the institute it is for, the invoice address, the delivery address (if different), product code for the item(s) you wish to purchase and the quantity you would like.

When placing an order for the first time you will need to provide the following information:

  • Name of university:
  • Invoice address
  • Delivery address (if different)
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address
  • VAT number
  • Method of payment (BACS or card)
  • Details of any special arrangements (for example do we need to email copies of invoices to your finance department, do we need to be set up on your purchasing system, can deliveries only be made on certain days etc)
