2026 Ordering Deadlines
The dates below are the expected final order deadlines so that you can receive parts in time for the UK competition. These are also the worst case scenarios, so if these dates have already past do give us a call or email and we will see if anything can be done to help. These dates are to help you plan building/purchasing.

These dates are given as a rough guide and should allow time for delivery (to UK or Europe), for you to fit the component(s) and test before the UK competition. However we always advise that you order as far in advance as you can and these dates should only really be considered for last minute changes/updates. Ideally we would recommend a schedule such as:

De-brief with previous years team, getting information on the competition, points they did well at, areas that could be improved and any guidance they can give you. |

Creation of team, with distribution of roles and responsibilities. Where possible make contact with the previous person in that role for guidance. |

Early design/concept development, focusing on areas you wish to make improvement on from previous year |

Sourcing of parts, checking availability/cost/performance |

Refinement of design/concept, sourcing of parts |

Proof of concept work, sourcing of parts |

Final sign off design |
