The Aim Technologies Solo 2-DL lap timer and data logger is a cost effective way of getting live timing data in the cockpit whilst also recording this information for future reference alongside information on how the car is performing.

The Solo 2-DL has an integrated track database which works alongside the GPS data to provide useful data for analysis. The device also features a 3 axis accelerometer, 3 axis gyro and 3 axis magnetometer to further improve the data you can use to review your best lap times and gain that extra performance. The pre-loaded database comes complete with 4,000 world wide venues.

The Aim Technologies Solo 2-DL features Wi-Fi connectivity, 4GB of internal storage and a rechargeable lithium battery. The back light can be configured for 8 different colours, so can be suited to your personal taste/eye-sight. The Delta Time feature displays your current performance against your best lap, allowing for live feedback on how you are performing. The display can be configured to your own requirements, with 5 pages of customisable views.

Expanding on the functionality of the Solo 2 lap timer, this Solo 2-DL model adds to the lap timer the functionality of a simple data logger. The Solo 2-DL connects to the vehicles ECU (via either OBDII, CAN/RS232 or a RPM lead). This provides the data logger with information using the existing wiring loom and vehicles electronics (RPM lead gives limited functionality and should only be used for vehicles with no ECU).
