CapIt manufactures high quality tyre blankets/warmers which are used in a wide variety of championships on both race and test teams including Formula One.

Capit offers two different models of tyre warmers for automotive motorsport. The Spina is a simple model with direct plug operation. The Leo utilises a control box (supplied separately) which is used to adjust the desired temperature required.

The Spina model has a working temperature of 85°C using Capit's TNT technology. Spina models purchased through Raceparts are automatically supplied with a UK standard 3-pin plug, if you would prefer a different plug option (EU/US/AUS/JP) then please specify when ordering. Capit's Spina tyre warmer is ideal for those teams looking for the advantages of a tyre warmer but are on a tighter budget. The Spina tyre warmers are sold as a pair.

The Leo model of tyre warmers use a touch screen control to adjust the desired temperature. This can be set between 20°C and 120°C. The control box is sold separately. The Capit Leo range is ideally suited to high level professional race teams. The Leo tyre warmers are sold as a pair.

All blankets are supplied complete with pockets for notes and patch identification (Front left / right and Rear left / right).

CapIt tyre warmers have the following features:

  • Heating surface + 40% compared to the alternative suppliers
  • Special internal insulation fire retardant aramid fibres as well (big energy savings: 200 watts instead of 400)
