Here at Raceparts we have compiled some answers for the more common questions we are being asked during this time. This page will be updated throughout this period.

Can I place and order, will it be delivered?

Yes. Raceparts (UK) Ltd is able to process and send out orders for the majority of our range. We are still sending via Royal Mail, UPS and other courier services (if you have any requests for delivery service then please let us know before placing the order).

Are delivery times effected?

Order processing for items which are in stock has not been effected. When we have to bring in items for your order, this could be effected by the current situation (please call/email for more details). We are currently advising that delivery times can be double what we would normally expect, however feedback from most of our customers has been then deliveries are arriving quicker then this, but not in all cases.

Is it safe to receive orders?

The current World Health Organisation advice is that it is safe to receive packages.

Raceparts delivery partners (Royal Mail, UPS etc.) are reducing contact with customers. This includes placing packages on doorsteps and stepping back. Alternatively you can also choose a safe place location where the driver can leave your package. So that to protect customers and their neighbours, drivers may not leave packages with neighbours etc. during this time.

Can I place and order if I am outside of the UK?

Yes. Raceparts can send out packages to anywhere which is still able to receive them. Raceparts recommends allowing double the usual delivery times.

Is the Raceparts office open during this time?

Yes. We are open 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. We can be contacted through email or through phone on +44 (0)1491 822000. We have also started to re-open on Saturdays 09:00 - 12:00.

Are Raceparts servicing fire extinguishers at the moment?

We have started to offer extinguisher servicing again for OMP and Lifeline extinguishers. Please call or email before sending in your extinguisher so that we know which units are arriving. We can offer extinguisher servicing while you wait however this is strictly be appointment only, please call for details.

Are Raceparts able to produce custom fluid lines?

If you require oil, fuel coolant or other fluid lines to be manufactured to your specification then please call or email with the details of your requirements. This is a highly specialised service, as such only certain members of our team can help you with this so availability is limited but please call or email with details of your requirements and we will try to offer the best option we can for you.

Is the trade counter open?

We have re-opened our trade counter. However space is limited to so please limit your group size to just individuals. Protection screens and hand sanitizer is in use at the counter.

Do I need to wear a face mask/covering when visiting Raceparts?

Yes. From 24th July all visitors to Raceparts will be required to wear a face mask/covering in compliance with current legislation.
